Electric:
Smart card metered electric – smartcard obtained with a £5 refundable deposit. Card is credited with your chosen amount on arrival at your cost. Additional credits can only be made during shop open times. Card must be returned on departure day, during shop open times only.
Payments:
Full payment is required at the time of booking for 1 or 2-night stays.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required per pitch to secure bookings of 3 nights or more, payable by debit card only in advance.
Full balance is due on arrival by debit card or cash.

Arrival time is between 1pm and 7pm on the day of arrival. A fee will be charged for early arrivals.

Departure time is by 11am on the day of departure unless previously agreed. A Stay Late fee may apply.

Fires, fire pits, and naked flames of any kind are not permitted.

Disposable BBQs and fire pits are not permitted. BBQs on legs, off the ground, are allowed.

Paddling pools are not permitted.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

WiFi is available free of charge at the pitch (excluding PSP and other gaming devices).

2-night minimum where booking includes a Friday or Saturday during high season.

£10 single weekend night surcharge during low season for advanced bookings made 2+ days prior to arrival.

Maximum awning width is 3m from the side of the unit to fit into a pitch and maintain fire regulation spacing.

Maximum tent width or length (whichever is lesser) is 5.5m to fit into a pitch and maintain spacing.

Tent pitches may not have electric hookup during peak periods—check when booking if needed.

We do not accept unaccompanied under-18s.
