Arrival Time between 1pm and 7pm on day of arrival. Arrivals prior to 1pm may be arranged in advance and will incur a surcharge per person.
Departure time by 11am on day of departure, unless previously agreed.

Full payment is required at time of booking for 1 or 2 nights stays.
A £50 non-refundable deposit of (per pitch) is required to secure all bookings of 3 nights or more, with balance payable on arrival.
Payment by debit/credit card only Payment is non-refundable but it is transferrable (in the same year) with a minimum of 7 days notice before your arrival date (re-booking subject to availability).

Your deposit is confirmation of booking which guarantees you that the pitch accommodation requested is available and allocated for the whole of your booking. Consequently site fees are payable for the whole period of the booking and all fees are to be settled, in full, on arrival.

Refunds for cancelled bookings, amendments within 7 days of arrival, or cutting short the period of stay will not be given.

Failure to arrive on the date booked will result in the pitch being re-let the following day. The deposit will not be refunded.

Units may not be left on site for use by other friends or relatives without prior agreement with us.

We do not guarantee a specific pitch, although will try to accommodate special requests where we can.

We are a small family run campsite and do not take group bookings (max 2 units together). Any groups of more than 2 units will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

We do not accept sign written vans

Any person(s) in your party persistently behaving in a manner that causes offence or damage to other customers or their property may result in your entire party being told to leave the site. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

Insurance and security of your unit*, and all property, is your responsibility at all times while it is sited at Ashfield Caravan Park. Ashfield Caravan Park accepts no responsibility or liability for theft or damage to any customer property.

Unit refers to your accommodation on site, be it caravan, motorhome, campervan, tent, folding camper, trailer tent, or other. Awning must not extend more than 3m from side of unit.

We do not allow electric car charging. A fast charger is available at the petrol station 5 minute walk from site.

We do not allow paddling pools.
